Shipping and FAQ


Delivery times

We aim to send all orders out within 7-10 working days of receipt (with the exception of family tree cushions and travel wallets), as we make all products to order (with the exception of our kits, which can be sent out within 1-2 working days). However, this can take a little longer at busy times or with certain, more intricate items. If you need your order for a special occasion then let us know and we will do our best to get it to you on time - you can either email us on or call on 07930 483 071.

Delivery method

All orders under £20 are send first class Royal Mail and should take 2-4 days to reach you. All orders over £20 are sent by “Recorded Delivery” with the Royal Mail and should take 2-4 days to reach you. Overseas orders are sent by “International Signed for” with the Royal Mail and should take 5-10 days.

Items lost in transit

Orders sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery are subject to Royal Mail terms. Parcels are not considered lost/ missing  by the Royal Mail until 15 working days after the sending date. We are therefore unable to resend or refund for orders lost in transit until 15 working days after the order sending date. Tracking information is available upon request.

Shipping costs

Free shipping is offered on all orders over £50.00. All orders below £50.00 are subject to a £3 shipping fee. Overseas orders are charged at a flat rate of £5 for Europe and £7 Worldwide.

Returns policy

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not please return it to us within 14 days and we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase. We cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost on their way to us. If returning a product to us please retain proof of posting. Please note, this policy does not apply if you have had your item personalised to order or specially commisioned, unless the product is deemed to be faulty.

Hand made products

As all our products are hand made to order using a selection of new and vintage fabrics the product you receive will not always be exactly the same as the one you see on our website page . However it will always be very similar and we never use a fabric that we are not completely happy with. We like to think that’s what makes our products special and different and we hope you will too.

Caring for your purchase

The mix of fabrics used in our products means that they should be washed by hand with great care in cool water.

Can I buy online?

Yes, the online shop operates with Paypal.
